Financial terms of that deal are not being publicly disclosed at this time. Pulse Secure is now acquiring privately-held mobile BYOD vendor MobileSpaces. In addition to launching the company today, Pulse Secure also made its first acquisition. But that won’t be the only technology it has. Pulse Secure will continue to have the Junos Pulse technology for mobile remote access security at its core. ![]() Monshaw’s career background includes several decades working for IBM. The company is being led by CEO Andrew Monshaw, who was not previously a Juniper employee. ![]() Siris Capital is not wasting any time deciding what to do with Junos Pulse technology, today announcing the formation of a new company called Pulse Secure. The deal was first announced back in July and is valued at $250 million. Juniper Networks has completed the sale of its Junos Pulse technology to Siris Capital. ![]()
